New Yorkers Sail in San Francisco
What a wonderful 3 hour trip. Dan and Rob were in town from New York City for business and called me to go sailing for the day. We had the perfect winter day - 60 degrees, clear skies and 10 knots of breeze. We sailed out under the Golden Gate Bridge, out to near Point Bonita Lighthouse. We saw two pods of dolphins halfway out to the lighthouse. We sailed back into the bay and watched the sun set perfectly under the middle of the Golden Gate Bridge. During the trip, they both got cell phone calls from colleagues and they got to tell them about the wonderful San Francisco sailing. Lots of pictures were taken, and we ate some good food.
