  • San Francisco Maritime Park - Located in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park offers the sights, sounds, smells and stories of Pacific Coast maritime history.

  • US Coast Guard 11 th District - USCG which covers the West coast from the California-Oregon border down to Mexico and out around half-way to the Hawaiian Islands.

  • Vessel Traffic Service - Coordinates shipping traffic throughout the entire San Francisco Bay waterway system, including Sacramento and Stockton.

  • Shelter Island Sailing - San Diego sailing charters including bareboat and skippered charters, sailing lessons and just about anything related to boat chartering, purchase and use.

  • Lake Tahoe Sailing - The SV "Tahoe Cruz" is another Santa Cruz 50 (a sistership to our Baywolf) providing charters on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Non-Profit Groups Supported by Captain Kirk’s Sailing

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters - Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area helps build responsible, independent children and youth by matching each with a supportive and caring adult role model. Capt Kirk has been a "Big Brother" for over 10 years.

  • Mono Lake Committee - For 25 years the Mono Lake Committee has been working to protect Mono Lake from destruction, to heal the damage done in the Mono Basin, and to educate the public about the natural environment and wise water use.

  • Abilities United - A great organization helping people with developmental and physical disabilities. (Down Syndrome, mental retardation, autism, and cerebral palsy). We donate heavily to Abilities United.

  • Spaulding Wooden Boat Center - We are a Corporate sponsor of the SWBC which is restoring historic wooden boats to active use and educating youth about the beauty of sailing.
